MY personal opinion only is that this Naked shorting is not as large as many would claim. Many claim naked shorting has ruined thier companies. Especially with the pennies the reason the share price plunges is insiders printing shares and the basic fact that the company is a POS to start with. Of course the REG SHO list does have mant stocks on the list so that would defeat my argument to some extent.
