16 is the age of consent for males in most states, including Washington, DC. coolnurse.com (Actually, due to sexual equality, laws that have a higher age of consent for females are unconstitutional, and in DC, the age of consent for females is 16, as well.) Going after kids is evil, going after teenagers -- well, that's been going on since the beginning of time.
