Gil, did you have the opportuntity to listen to conference call for Credence Systems? I was disspointed to learn that CMOS expects
a 30% drop in revenues. The company is taking immediate action to bring costs in line with expenses. The company expects orders to be weak for the next two quarters. There was also a significant decline
in backlog. The company now has a book value of $8.42.
