Subject: Magellan Lawsuit Date: Fri, 26 Sep 1997 10:25:51 -0400 OVIS shareholders, I am an attorney and not at all worried about being sued by these characters. We are not even certain yet if a lawsuit has actually been filed by Magellan unless someone has confirmed this with Gary or Roland . As of yesterday, they had not been served. Generally, a party would not make a press release about a lawsuit before the defendant had been served! Desperate acts by desperate people. If I actually were sued, I would be able to retire from the proceeds of my counter-suit. Not to worry. Hang in there all. Justice will prevail. Please post Riley. --------------------------- Added note by ME: As of this morning still no serving being done to OVIS BOD... IMHO it appears that Dempsey Mork's people filed the press release with PRNewswire because BusinessWire wanted to see a copy of the complaint that was filed, as OVIS had to show their copy to Businesswire to get there printed RG
