Getting pretty close to "name calling", my friend.

We agree that missing sales would be the effect of a crime.

Intel missed sales last quarter, by your reasoning that indicates we need to prosecute AMD for it's criminal activity and I'm entitled to already claim they broke the law.

No, that is not my reasoning. My reasoning is that if Intel missed sales AND Intel can link those missed sales to AMD anti-competitive actions, then Intel could file a claim. "Means, Motive, and Opportunity.", the heart of any murder mystery.

One final time: it is the CAUSE of DEATH that is at issue.

It might be that AMD's sales were lost because the best of AMD's product could not priced to compete with the worst of Intel's.

It might be AMD got complacent and Intel made them a better offer all fair and square.

It might be that Intel stabbed AMD's account with Toshiba in the heart, but it is not a crime-- "It's business."

It might be that Intel committed actions that are illegal in the US, but OK on foreign soil.

And it might be that Intel committed one or more anti-competitive actions that are illegal -- period.

There.. I can keep 5 viable hypothesis going at once. In only 1 of them Intel is guilty in a US court. How's that for intellectual honesty? Can you top that?
