Fortunately, we disagree on some points. Big organisations are good. They can handle LOTS of different things of a complex nature.

It's too hard to get the skills always on an out-sourced basis with a little company.

While I agree that smaller is more efficient in many ways, you can't run a car company with 150 people. Or an oil exploration business. Or a QUALCOMM.

Horses for courses. Elephants are good for doing elephant things and mice are excellent for nibbling in little places. Socialist commie BIG GOVERNMENT people want to make us all the same and take money away from producers to give to their supporters to FORCE us all to be the same. Meaning, the lowest common denominator.

Phew, we are back on track, totally disagreeing. Close call there.
