Sam, regarding flash in cell phones, Eli Harari has commented on numerous occasions that sales of flash units for cell phones now exceed the number of units sold for digital cameras. Art, when did Eli say that? I must have missed it. As far as I know, this is not true yet but will happen soon. I suspect the total number of megabytes sold for cell phones also greatly exceeds the total megabytes for cameras, even though cameras are likely to use large capacity flash memory units than cell phones. Again, not yet but should happen sometime before next year is over!
