It's an interesting thing, Ray. Back in the days o' yore on the thread, you'd likely have been booted for not dealing in e-wave. And, too, as MC has pointed out with your square of 9 chart... simply posting a chart/link (as I've been known to do) actually is of no help. An annotated chart or a clear description of SPECIFICALLY what the chart suggests is far, far more useful than simply charting. Everyone here can pull up a chart of just about anything, after all. Your annotated ones are far, far more useful (as are Henry's, Shacks, Ski's, and soon JJ's, etc.).
I don't think there are any threads that are still in "days of yore" mode. I don't expect we'll ever become a "can't skip" thread again. I don't think any of us care. I agree that the more good stuff we can toss up, the better for us all. But no matter how many times you ask the folks who have been here longer than you, it's not gonna change their ways, of that I'm quite sure! |
