Bush has failed in his "war on terror". It's a debacle. You can't offer one shred of evidence that anything Bush has ever done has been good for our country. The evidence to the contrary is staggering. So why be loyal to Bush simply because of part affiliation or prejudices? Get over it and care about your country again. Believe it or not, even Dennis Kuchinich would have been a better president than Bush has been. And a big part of that is Cheney-Rumsfeld-Rove, the real axis of evil.
