This is what you get from selling coffee and tea and to the Chinese in China at that. How much IPR do you need to sell coffee and tea. And they sell tea in China to the Chinese at the same prices they sell to Americans in the US. No special discount and no waiting for 3G licenses. Now-cdma,no cdma ev-do no TD-SCDMA.

China is about four time the population of the US and they are just getting going there. Then India? And all this with no licenses no Nokia no EU no ITC.

No wonder they have a P/E of 47. All the IPR in the world is useless if the market has decided it's had enough of tech.

Best,
