I know a suit for damages was started, and it was for 50 million, and that is the extent of what I know. As I have been stating right along, it will all come out in the wash.
I believe it is proper to comment on information that is released, but to offer opinions on to the end result, is beyond the scope of anybodies ability, be they lawyers, salesmen, or whatever else, including fortune tellers, who probably have the best chance of being right.
This is a Jury Trial!!! O.J. Simpson had 2 Jury Trials, and each ended up with the opposite verdict. Lawyers always state that Jury Trials are unpredictable.
In these Trials, right or wrong are the equal of a roll on the dice. Mobster Gotti in his first jury trial had loaded dice, that could be the only way a predictable outcome could occur, but the pre-determined result is not known to everyone. |
