Bob, Everything I get is public, but the questions I ask are often ignored by Street analysts and individual investors. I always get stuff like the annual, the 10 K, the quarterly versions, sales material, analyst reports, news releases, etc. I know that most of this stuff can be had over the net, but I am interested in such things as the quality of their annual report's paper, etc. Then I do my Twenty Questions act. Unlike my net persona, I am always polite on the phone, so that is not the reason some avoid me. I also try to get opinions about and from competitors whenever possible.
MTC is still pretty big, but more to my liking now. The pe ration doesn't look horrendous, but this one needs much more analysis. I am getting interested. MB |
