If the lens problem isn't new news, then the only thing new is the MS spin on it with the downgrade. If stepper producers have been knowing and planning around it, this may be an overexaggerated concern with relatively little impact on CYMI. If the shortage is resolved by Apr, '98, that is well within the 12 to 18 month delivery schedule on CYMI's lasers.

Meanwhile, the lowering of estimates should make the odds of a blowout earnings surprise that much greater. I bought more today. This is the time when having the spheres and the capital to put more money into CYMI should pay off handsomely. While everyone is concerned with the blood in the streets, you have a safe and profitable entry point.
