I agree....but the republicans have held themselves out as the party of higher moral principles...Please don't tell me THAT is not true....there are way too many soundbites and pronouncements from back in 1998, 2000 and beyond....We have been constantly reminded about conservatives being principled...

Both parties have scuzzy people in them. But, J, fellow attorney, if your company was advised of even "inappropriate" e-mails or IMs between a senior employee and an intern or staffer underage...what would have been your advice to management? Just say: "stop".....and nothing further? Do nothing for four months?

Perhaps...but that is not the way most companies would have dealt with it....If for no other reason than it looks terrible from the outside if no action is taken and documented.
