Turning off the aid would satisfy the idea that Islam is to be the only religion in the world. OTOH a sound thrashing might make them go back into their caves for a few hundred years. Eventually we will have to fight them just as we had to do in Spain and Jerusalem. Of course, should Islam suddenly decide to live in peace and give everyone in Muslim Countries complete religious freedom, we should embrace them and welcome them to civilization. If they don't kill em all let G*d sort them out.....
