Hi Ron .. In terms of gross dollars in profit your list is correct .. I was thinking profit margin .. To me the "most profitable" businesses would be those with the highest profit margins .. ie the ability to convert the highest percentage of each sales dollar to net income .. XOM's profit margin is ~11% which is near historic highs for the oil business .. Triff ..
