Geez Ben, I disagree with you and believe this to be a very positive move. Simply speaking, JTS is getting some badly needed cash and the management is making a MAJOR statement of support by investing over $5 million of their own money. Yeh, there's always dilution that goes along with additional financing, but it is not always bad news... quite the contrary in most situations IMO. I also like their press release reference to $.83 a share average cost. This should help JTS stock to move up a bit closer to a buck in the short term. For those of us who've averaged-in some shares in the 5/8 range, this helps (a little). I like the news. Regards - Dale
