Republicans pushed hard for torture and denial of civil rights and basic human safety and decency. Republicans should, at the least, wish to treat a child predator about the same as a might-be, might-not-be terrorist don't you think? How about 40 hours standing naked in near-freezing temperatures so that he gives up all of his victim's names and particulars of his abuse?
