5:50 PM ET 09/29/06 Saflink says CFO resigns; names interim CEO Sept 29 (Reuters) - Saflink Corp. on Friday said Chief Financial Officer Jon Engman resigned for personal reasons, and it named board member Steve Oyer as its interim chief executive officer. The biometric security and smart card solutions provider named current President and CEO Glenn Argenbright as chairman of the board. In a news statement, the company said Jeff Dick, vice president of finance, will serve as acting CFO. (Reporting by Rakesh Sharma in Bangalore)
