Dale, there's a sliver lining in every cloud. If this had been an actual SEC case, Royer would have only had to promise not to be unpleasant ever again, and perhaps to surrender just a small percentage of his ill-gotten gains to leave room enough for an unplumbed villa in Liguria. <vbg> And you know how rough Northwest Coastal Italy can be; nearly like the old "Devil's Island" penal colony .... At least he got six years.
