Take a close look at regulation SHO and the companies listed. How about you take a look at the companies that have blamed their declines on naked shorting? With the glaring exception of Overstock, all the wishful poster children have been vacuous pennies (as Asturias pointed out, Overstock's pps decline has other perfectly explainable reasons). Pegasus Wireless is yet another penny stock no matter how you try to dress them up. Why do you think that is? - Jeff
