Viropharma is another example. It was on reg sho for ages, came off, went back on, and exploded off. When cash was effectively mobilized to develop the business plan, naked shares exceeded those that were issued for the convert.

There are simple examples to study. A focus on the "predominant" reg sho resident or bulletin board crap just allows for more smoke and mirror in return, imo.
