Flickerful and All,

Patty from investor relations at Cymer just returned my call. She said that she discussed replying to today's downgrade with CEO. They are not going to.

Her other comments were as follows:

1. Again, nothing has changed, their business is fine ( her exact words)
2. Why don't the analyst's call Cymer's suppliers of fused silicia
( quartz ).
( I assume that to mean if they want to know first hand about supply )

I did not want to take up any more of her time, so I explained to her that I thought the stock could come under more selling pressure because of tax time. I also told her she could read investor comments about Cymer on these pages ( SI ), she said she was not aware of SI, but she did seem to take note of it. Also I explained I would post our conversation.

PS To All: My impression was that are truly disgusted , with the whole situation ( analysts ).
