Ichy, employers don't have power over employees and more than customers have power over suppliers. The employees can do as I have done many times, leave a job and get another.

Many times I have had employers who are contemptible, crooks, dangerous, nasty, greedy, stupid, or whatever. I don't stick around.

If somebody doesn't want a letch as a boss, leave and go somewhere else. Simple. And tell people about the letch to damage their reputation.

The problem with that idea is that many people think they own a job, like a piece of personal property. Unfortunately, law-makers have all too often taken that approach and most people consider a job something they personally own. Which is insane!
