There is no good time to bail unless you know what's going on. Jumping out after a price drop is a good way to get rid of all of your money. The ASE has the added feature of price manipulation to add to the fun. They deal off the bottom of the deck a lot more than NASDAQ or NYSE traders do. It's traditional. Remember also that 9/30 is a big cutoff day for reporting holdings. Since SOS hasn't done squat this quarter, someone may not want it to show up in their reported portfolio.
