That sounds like what gas is taxed at. Not taxing ethanol is a subsidy? Sounds like thinking by Ted Kennedy, if we don't tax it, it's a subsidy. Kind of blows what ethanol was originally used for, cleaner air. Now we get taxed for cleaner air.
