TI is still unable to fulfill demand completely, especially demand from system makers and Taiwan motherboard makers, the sources added. Maxim (MXIM), a US-based analog-IC supplier, is also said to be encountering a similar situation. My understanding was the weak link in the chain is analog plagued by inventory issues
