Nanotech investors take note: Insight Capital Research Accumulates 10.9% Stake in NVE Corporation (NVEC) 10-03-2006 01:25:48 PM In a 13G filing on NVE Corporation (NASDAQ: NVEC), Insight Capital Research & Management, Inc. disclosed an 10.9% stake (505K shares) in the company. There is no other recent record showing a stake owned by the investment firm. NVE is a leader in the practical commercialization of spintronics, a nanotechnology that many experts believe represents the next generation of microelectronics. NVE licenses its MRAM intellectual property and sells spintronic sensors and couplers to revolutionize data sensing and transmission. Insight Capital Research & Management is an independent investment advisory firm. As of June 30, 2006 the firm managed more than $915 million in growth equity portfolios, with more than $540 million invested in small-cap growth for institutional and private clients. Shares of NVE Corporation are up 5.4% to $29.29 per share in mid-day action Tuesday.
