Dimensional Visions Group Consummates Sale of InfoPak/MLS Data Delivery System
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 26, 1997--Dimensional Visions Group (OTCBB:DVGL) announced today that they have consummated the Sale of Assets associated with the InfoPak MLS(TM) Real Estate Data Delivery System.

The purchase price for the InfoPak MLS Real Estate Data Delivery System is $450,000 in the form of cash, notes and debt assumption. George S. Smith, Chairman and CEO, stated, ``We are pleased to close this transaction, as it will allow us to focus on our core business of DV3D(R) print products and InfoPak(TM) information hardware and software.''
