Some thoughts about the last two quarters.

quarter ending 3-31 Revenue 26.5 MM 6-30 30.5 MM an increase of 15%

earnings 3-31 2.126MM 6-30 2.739MM an increase of 29%

# of engineers 3-31 579 6-30 651 an increase of 12%

Conclusion: earnings growing at twice revenue and 2 1/2 times hiring pace.

Another quarter of 72 engineers hired would allow company to earn 10 cents this quarter. It would take 50 to hit the 9 cents estimated. Given the assumptions just stated.
