Seasonal analysis? If you believe all the different analysis favored by many, I want to introduce you to my favorite analysis:: Seasonal analysis. There are four seasons in weather prediction. And Wall street analysis can be described as such as well. January effect for nice moves in the spring. If you own dogs that got beaten up in the winter month. Beware of tax season sell off from March to June. Summer vacation until Labor day is always true. Summer rally often ends up with nothing. Then a desperate try to move the market after labor day. By October 15, all the shouting is done and reality sets in for serious pull back on all the stocks without business plans. Most worthy stock have headcount reduction and will be buying opportunities. But then there are also january effect candidates to be pickup at the bottom.
