I agree with you that we should have gone into Iraq with more troops but there might have been problems with that scenario too. After all, we only have a finite number of troops that we can use without weakening ourselves in other parts of the world, unless of course you think that we should have reinstated the draft........

Troop manning is a strategic function. What tactical decisions is Bush making in Iraq? I can't think of one (but I could be wrong).
