NC, my current outlook is an October Surprise that occurs from the 17th through the 25th as the two business planets, Jupiter and Saturn duke it out...FED rates lowered, perhaps?

In Orlandini's latest he states:

"October 17th is a significant cycle date for the Dow to make a major top and then turn down into a sharp decline, and just three weeks before the elections. What lousy timing if you are a sitting President!"
