SIRIUS Satellite Radio (Nasdaq: SIRI - News) today announced that it ended the third quarter with 5,119,308 subscribers, Yes, boys and girls... You can add this one to lengthy list of "David Ray's" BLOWN CALLS Jeeeezus.. 285K Net Adds. That's more than 10% lower than even my "doomsday" model came up with. Oh! Well, looks like that theory that O&A are bringing in lots of listeners every day from terrestrial is working great. And that 60 million a year for MLB was a real winner. Those CHURN metrics are going UP, UP, UP. Let's see... Lets guesstimate that Gross Adds of about 905,000 and CPGA of $125 gives us $405 per Net Add. Like I keep saying.. Why Mr. Ray sits here and lobs moltov cocktails at SIRI while his XM house burns to the ground is anyone's guess. My guess is just BITTERNESS from his massive losses. And so it goes, PCSTEL
