There are credible witnesses who say she did.

There is also the security briefing that was titled "Al Qaeda Determined to Attack in U.S. that she and the President were both given in August, 2001. It didn't even result in one meeting.

I'd say she ignored warnings, and so did Bush. Terrorism simply wasn't a priority for them in the first 8 months of the administration. If you disagree with that statement, please show me any evidence to the contrary. Any speeches by Bush, Rice, or Rumsfeld? Any meetings between any of them on the subject of terrorism? Nope.
