Jeff, #2 above suggests that Warnock and Co. at Adobe have just stumbled into their success, which I can't buy. I keep thinking about the foundation of Adobe whenever I think about their future. Here's a guy (Warnock) who wanted the output to his printer to look just like what he saw on his screen. Seems a simple enough desire. So he goes ahead and makes it happen. The entire philosophy behind Adobe (and behind another great company, Apple) is to give a physical presence to a person's dreams. It sounds corny and cliched, but anyone who's ever used Photoshop on a Mac can tell you what a gratifying process it is to be able to have a vision, reproduce it EXACTLY, and then share it. That's powerful stuff.

Hope everything's going your way today. I thought maybe there'd be a bit more profit taking going on...maybe later.
