Exactly. One of Barney Franks constituents made the following remarks about him on another board: >>He(Franks) picked "hotbottom" up from the personals in a gay mag. He put him on his personal payroll as a housekeeper, yet neglected to pay fica for him. The IRS looked the other way, as did the capitol police when Barney fixed all the guy's parking tickets.
