Toml, since QCOM owns the license with Nokia can't Qcom file for a restraining order preventing Nokia from selling any additional phones upon the expiration of the contract between Nokia and QCOM and file for damages against Nokia? It would appear that once the license has expired that Nokia could no longer use the license and chips outlined under the patents of QCOM. Have I overlooked something? Paul
