>>James said if an agreement is not reached by April then Nokia will simply stop making royalty payments to Qualcomm<<

When astounded that a major executive of the huge Nokia corporation was publicly advocating stealing they were surprised that she seemed to have no moral qualm whatsoever about the theft, but instead was arrogantly boasting of the proposed theft.
"We never really had to pay QCOM royalties in the first place. We just did it to be nice and see what nice gets you? Hey, Nokia chose me for this position for a reason, and that reason is that I am brilliant. How stupid all of my predecessors have been before me. It's so simple I can't belive no one has ever thought of it. If you want someone else's IPR just steal it. What can they do? "
