Which will hurt Apple's stock price more:

1) Steve Jobs resigning
2) Steve Jobs getting charged for securities fraud regarding the options fiasco

I say #2- because he'll have to resign anyway if he goes to prison.. or will he? could he be like a colombian drug lord and run his empire from behind bars?

Either way, things arent looking too good in mac-land tonight.
