Probably. Don't get me wrong, other than the ethics, I don't consider this to be criminal. Now personally, I consider ethical transgressions to be the worst, but that only reflects my own personal code. Of the three, ethics, moral or legal, ethical transgressions are the worst in my code. But in my estimation, the three are proper subsets. Legal is the broadest, followed by moral and ethics. But I hold myself to high standards.
