infoworld.com Not to be outdone, NCD will introduce this week its Explora 400 and 700 into the thin-client market. The 400 is being marketed as an intranet thin client optimized for Windows, Unix, and legacy applications, and will cost around $700. The Explora 700, priced around $1,695, is more of a full-blown network computer with Java capabilities, MPEG video, and the ability to migrate to the Windows-based Terminal.
