Yours doesn't say "don't copy," it says "don't copy without lawful authority."

I have no idea whether any of mine say "don't copy without lawful authority," because I assume the law is reasonable, so if I am making a copy for a good reason, that is to say, proving my identity, that's got to be lawful.
