SIGA Terminates Merger Agreement with PharmAthene, Inc. I'm not sure how to read this? Who "really" benefits now the merger does not go through? Was this initiated by PharmaAthene? Where does PharmaAthene go now? Is SIGA strong enough to go it alone? Steve
