I had a nice chat with the CEO this morning. They are not having to do much marketing of the mine safety system, the phone is ringing off the hook with professional inquiries. A/S - 2 Billion (post F/S) O/S - 900MM+/- (post F/S) Float - 250MM+/- based on ongoing trading obvservations The company is looking to have system(s) installed and working by about March+/- 2007. The average mine safety installation will be in the $1MM to $1.5MM range. We addressed the available Pinksheet 'Real Time Quotes' issues, and "..he's working on it..". John :-) .
