He has been working for 5 years on this joint venture with the Chinese government, and he has pumped over a million bucks of his own money into this business to make the JV happen. The tradeable float is around 300 million. He said that naked shorting isn't a real problem for real companies with real products, even though he feels his company may have been victimized in the past. Geez, now that is refreshing to hear from pinky CEO! He said he will update us again through a PR next week, but he obviously wouldn't hint about content.
