API appears to be bottoming at this time. There is a divergence between several OB/OS oscillators and the share price. In addition the price has held at the 1.60 support level and moved higher this week. On a value basis, API is also a bargain, selling at only 1.2 times next years revenues (as of 10/6/06). An excellent risk to reward ratio in my opinion and worth adding to or taking an initial position in. chip
