Well, Nino is gone, but the company has hired two new executives. One for marketing and sales of Flowstart and the other as the COO of the entire company. Shemwell, the new COO, has excellent experience and qualifications in the industry. If I may add, he has more experience and qualifications than are needed for a tiny company of Wescorp's size. This begs the question of whether they are positioning themselves for a very rapid growth phase (over the next 2-3 years) which would require the skills and experience for growth and restructuring that Shemwell brings to the table. Still waiting for the financing, but I figure the company would not commit funds to bring two new executives on board unless the financing arrangements were nearly complete. chip
