The TOMO pool has been pulled down too, only 17.75 billion. Look at all the unacccomodated bids submitted for the 10-06, 10-12, and 10-19 TOMOs. The Boyz look tight right now.

Permanents have really slowed down: 768.9 this week, 766.4 on July 5, that's only a 1.32% growth rate.
