Definitely GDC has lost momentum to NN , NT ,Csco
and a host of Companies. Conversely I think they are
cheap at this price and that is why I havent sold..
sht Mkt Cap at 119M is less then Gandf when it went
under.

I still believe to be
viable they will need to be bought as even with a GM
of %60 they are spending %20 of Revenue on R&D which
has made them consistently unprofitable despite the high
GM.

So in summary I would say that the Debt offering was
a necessity rather then an achievment by an means. The
best scenario would be an equity stake by a major player
like LU or a complete byeout of the Co. which would
hopefully happen soon.
